Neil brings more than 25 years of extensive, hands-on experience in logistics, freight forwarding, and project operations. His career demonstrates a strong record of operational excellence, strategic leadership, and the successful management of complex, high-value logistics projects across multiple continents.

Before rejoining Fortune Global in this executive capacity, Neil held senior positions with several respected industry leaders, including GEODIS USA as Operational Key Account Manager and Convoy Logistics Providers as Operations Project Manager. His background also includes impactful roles at Fortune Global Shipping & Logistics (USA) Inc. as Sales and Business Development Manager, and Kuehne + Nagel, Inc. as Marine Logistics Manager. He further expanded his expertise through positions with Brochsteins, Gagemaker, Cory Brothers (USA) Inc., Rainbeau / J.J.’s Mae, Inc., EXEL Global Logistics, Inc., and Pyramid Ocean Carriers, Inc.

Neil has overseen major logistics operations involving heavy-lift cargo, air and ocean charters, high-value project logistics, warehousing and distribution management, and comprehensive international supply chain coordination. His leadership spans North America, Africa, the Middle East, and Asia, where he has also fostered strong global agency networks.

His portfolio includes several high-impact initiatives, such as the Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines scrubber project, FPSO resupply operations in Angola, and the Alcoa Aluminum Plant project in Kentucky—each requiring exceptional precision, coordination, and project discipline.

Neil is distinguished by his hands-on leadership style, strong analytical acumen, and unwavering dedication to continuous process improvement.
