RT HON .BEN KALU NAMED ABIA APC PARTY LEADER AS HON.CHUKWU EMERGE STATE PARTY CHAIRMAN

The Abia State chapter of All Progressive Congress APC have gotten a new party Leader in the state in the person of Rt Hon . Benjamin Okezie Kalu Kalu who is presently the Deputy Speaker Federal House of Representatives in Abuja .

New Leader of APC in Abia State Rt. Hon Ben Kalu

Rt Hon. Benjamin Kalu is equally the highest political office holder in the South East and championing the cause of Tinunbu must come back for second tenure in Abia State . Rt . Hon Kalu was officially confirmed Leader of the party in Abia State during a state wide APC Party Congress which took place at chidiebere motors premises at Umuagu Ibeku in Umuahia North LGA of Abia State.

Speaking at the state congress, the new party Leader Rt. Hon. Kalu maintained that APC have come to ensure that Abia state votes for president TInubu come 2027 .

He recounted the various achievements president TInubu have recorded in Abia and the entire South East which qualifies him to go for a second tenure. He was emphatic that APC will take over power in Abia State come next general elections.Hon. Kalu urged all to be steadfast with the party and ensure President TInubu goes for a second tenure saying this will be beneficial to Abia state.

Hon. Chijioke Chukwu who was a former member of Abía State House of Assembly and a Legislative Aide to the Deputy Speaker federal House of Representatives Rt. Hon Ben Kalu

Speaking after his emergence ,
Hon Chukwu commended the party for a peaceful congress saying this is the first time in the history of APC that the party is having a peaceful rancour free congress and for choosing him as the state party Chairman of APC in Abia State . He promised to bring peace to the party by reconciling all opposing forces . He said he and his new Executives would visit major Stake holders of the party who are not present at the Congress to find out their grievances and reconcile them to the party . He assured that he would increase the membership of the party from 160,000 to over 500,000 in the on coming two months while insisting that APC will definitely take over Abia State come 2027 general elections . He said as a child of destiny who have never failed in any of his political endeavours, he would work with all to achieve the needed success come 2027 .

Some Major Stakeholders of the party spoke during the occassion which include Chief Trump Eke the Abia state Commissioner of INEC , former PDP Chairman Chief Emma Nwaka , three former Speakers of Abía House of Assembly , Christopher Enweremadu , Martins Azubike , Stanley Ohajuruka , senator Nkechi Nwogu Dame Blessing Nwagba among several others all spoke of strengthening the party to deliver president TInubu in 2027 and APC they maintained must take over Abia state come 2027 .
