The association also commended Governor Hope Uzodinma of Imo State for the ongoing infrastructural development, particularly the improved road network. “We now enjoy smooth drives whenever we are travelling home from Abia. Entering Imo State takes a shorter time because of the quality roads built by our governor,” he said.

He further appealed to Governor Uzodinma to allow the Owerri Zone to produce the next governor of Imo State.

Hon. Anyanwu assured Governor Otti of at least 10,000 votes from the Mbaise community in Abia in the 2027 general election, stating that Ndi Mbaise in Abia are numerous, formidable, and speak with one voice.

He also prayed that as they conclude the year 2025, the year 2026 will bring greater progress, especially as they look forward to hosting Lady Priscilla Otti in a special way.
