Emetu Hails Uchendu’s Service, Celebrates Former Deputy Speaker at Birthday

Abia State Deputy Governor, Engr. Ikechukwu Emetu, has felicitated with former Deputy Speaker of the Abia State House of Assembly and former representative of Ohafia South State Constituency, Hon. Ifeanyi Uchendu, on his birthday.

Emetu, in a goodwill message marking Uchendu’s birthday, described the former lawmaker as a brother, friend and committed public servant whose years in the Abia State House of Assembly contributed significantly to the legislative development of the state.

The Deputy Governor commended Uchendu for his dedication to public service and his commitment to the effective representation of his constituents during his tenure in the state legislature.

According to Emetu, birthdays offer an opportunity to reflect on one’s journey in life, appreciate God’s faithfulness and look forward to greater opportunities to make meaningful contributions to society.
