OMPAN Hails Don Lulu on Birthday, Commends His Support for Media Growth

The Online Media Practitioners Association of Nigeria (OMPAN), Abia State Chapter, has felicitated with its Patron and Coordinator of the Abia City Boy Movement, Mayor Lucky Igbokwe (Don Lulu), on the occasion of his birthday.
