The Honourable member representing Isiala Ngwa North and South Federal Constituency in the Green Chambers Abuja Hon. Ginger Obinna Onwusibe have on 14th February 2026 given out life changing empowerment items to over 1500 constituents in his constituency.
Speaking at the event which took place at Sam Amanaha mini- stadium Okpuala Ngwa , the wife of the state governor Mrs Priscilla Chidinma Otti who represented the state governor Dr. Alex Otti , commended Hon. Ginger Onwusibe for such an impressive empowerment. programme She recalled that few months back Hon. Ginger commissioned projects ranging from classroom blocks to town halls , skill acquisition centres , computer training centres among others and today he is empowering about 1500 persons in his constituency. She said Hon. Ginger is following the footstep of the State governor Dr. Alex Otti who she described as father of projects in the state .
The First Lady advised the recipients to make judicious use of the items and not to sell them. She urged the people to get their voters card to vote for the governor and other labour party candidates .
Speaking , the Chairman of the occassion Chief Ishael Cyril popularly known as Ijiriji described Hon .Ginger as a man with a large heart who on regular basis takes care of the people . He said he came home just to witness things himself and see how he help his senior brother Hon. Ginger Onwusibe in his good works .
He commended the Federal House member for his avowed mission to better the lot of his people giving them means to economic well being . He pleaded for the people to go and register for their voters card insisting that Hon. Ginger and the governor must go again come 2027. He urged the beneficiaries to better their lot by making good use of the rare opportunity provided by their worthy representative Hon. Ginger Onwusibe .
Speaking the Chief of Staff to the state governor , Pastor Caleb Ajagba said what Ginger has done is quite appreciable noting that this is not the first time he is empowering his people . He requested the people of Isiala Ngwa North and South to get their voters card to vote the governor and the House member again in 2027 
Over ten Members of the House of Representatives from Abuja including Hon. Amobi Ogah of Isuikwuato Umunneochi federal Constituency graced the occassion and commended their colleague Hon. Ginger for the good works he is doing for his people .
In his response , the host Hon. Ginger Onwusibe thanked all those who came to grace the event. He stated that what he is doing is to redeem the promise he made to his people and he is happy that he has been able to put smiles on the face of his people. He promised to do the empowerment again in no distant time so all will benefit from his empowerment programme .
Hon.Onwusibe popularly known as Okenze disclosed that the empowerment program was funded through the Grace of God by his effort stating that no House Member have been able to access the one billion Naira constituency project fund approved by the Federal government’. He told those who are yet to benefit to exercise patience saying very soon they will all benefit .
He urged the beneficiaries to put the items into good use and not to sell them but use them for the betterment of their families which is the primary purpose of the empowerment Program .He again told the people to arm themselves with their voters card against 2027 general elections , to vote back the governor Dr. Alex Otti and all Labour Party candidates.
He thanked God for his political Successes and elevations from one position to another , saying it is the Lord’s doing and it is marvelous in the eyes of all .
Some of the items distributed include tricycle goods Carrier , sowing machines among several other items including the distribution of 50 million naira cash .
The event was graced by several dignitaries across Ngwa land , the state , and the country at large .
