Labour Party Leader Chief Ike Enyioma Ibe Receives Dr. Chima Anyaso, Urges Continued Backing for Dr. Alex Otti’s Development Agenda

A key stakeholder of the Labour Party in Abia State, Chief Ike Enyioma Ibe, on Tuesday welcomed Dr. Chima Anyaso to his country home in Amankwo Uzuakoli, Bende Local Government Area, in a meeting that underscored unity and strategic engagement within the party.

The meeting was marked by celebrating the Appeal Court victory of Nenadi Usman led Labour Party over Julius Abure’s coinciding with the judgement delivered earlier on Tuesday.

Speaking at the occasion, Chief Ike Enyioma Ibe called for synergy and support towards the developmental strides of the State Governor, Dr. Alex Otti.

He emphasised the need to work together towards the Governor’s re-election in 2027, having performed creditably well in his first 35 months in office.

Chief Ibe noted the numerous achievements of Dr Alex Otti so far and called for Abians not to be used as clogs in the wheel of progress by truncating his outstanding record of success so far.

He maintained that if given a second term, Dr Otti would not only complete his well deserved second term but also leave a solid foundation and lasting legacy of good governance in Abia for posterity to come.

Earlier, Dr Chima Anyaso, who is also an aspirant for Bende federal constituency in the House of Representatives said his visit was a continuation of his consultations to prominent members of his Labour Party.

Anyaso applauded the contributions of Chief Ike Enyioma Ibe, describing him as a trusted and reliable party man and staunch supporter of Dr Alex Otti administration in the State.

He described the Appeal court verdict as victory for democracy noting that it solidifies their faith in the leadership Labour Party.
