LEADER COMMEND ABIA GOVERNOR’S WIFE FOR BUILDING 35 HOUSES FOR WIDOWS IN THE STATE

In Abia state ,
People have continued to commend the wife of Abia State governor Mrs Priscilla Chidinma Óttï for building , commissioning and handing over the keys of 35 bungalows she built for Indegent widows accross the state.

Speaking at the occassion which took place penultimate Tuesday at Umuhute village in
Azueke autonomous community , Umuahia North LGA ,the wife of the governor Mrs Óttï described the event as one of joy and one where compassion is translated into action saying that it is a day that shows that the government of the day in the state cares for the wellbeing of every one in the state .

Mrs Otti commended the state governor Dr. Àllex Óttï for being part of the initiative of showing love and care to the 35 indegent widows who got the houses saying the day is a day of restoration and expression of good governance in the state . According to her , the government of gov. Ott reminds us that governance
is meant to improve the welfare of the people and restore dignity to the Citizenry. She disclosed that beyond providing shelter for the beneficiaries , government’ would provide other incentives that would help them stabilize economically . She donated the sum of two hundred thousand Naira each for their immediate needs and sustenance .

Mrs Priscillia Óttï urged well meaning Individuals in the society to assist government’ in uplifting the wellbeing of the indegent in the society stating that government’ can not do it all alone . She congratulated and prayed for the Beneficiaries while thanking all that contributed in one way or the other in the building of the houses .

Also speaking the Deputy Speaker of the Abía State House of Assembly Rt. Hon. Okezie Meregini , who was present during the occassion thanked the governor’s wife for coming to his constituency to perform such an important assignment. He noted that the present Administration’ in the state have shown great love to the people of Ibeku land by giving them several dividends of democracy. He promised that his constituents will give 100 percent vote to Labour Party come 2027 .

Contributing , the Traditional Ruler of Azueke autonomous Community His Royal Highness Eze Emmanuel Onwubuariri expressed his gratitude to the wife of the governor Mrs Priscillia Óttï for her kind gestures to the widows of Abía State building 35 bungalows for them of which a widow in his community was one of the beneficiaries . Eze Onwubuariri described the governor as a God sent to help the people of the state. He stated that the administration of governor Óttï have recorded numerous achievements in virtually all sectors , sounding it clear that all members of Azueke community must vote for Dr Alex Óttï come 2027 general elections .

A major Stake Holder In Azueke autonomous community Deacon Okechukwu Onyemuwa CEO Okey Technicals Construction Coy Ltd eulogized the First Lady Mrs Priscilla Óttï saying she did something wonderful , building 35 houses for poor widows , he prayed for God’s guidance and protection as she goes about blessing people .He was equally full of praises for the state governor Dr Alex Otti for the various achievements his government’ have put in place in the state saying they are monumental .
According to him who ever wants to challenge governor Óttï , should wait till he finishes his second tenure just like the past governors.

Deacon Onyemuwa called on all to endeavour to vote for governor Óttï come 2027, and for all to go and get their Voters Card to enable them support governor Óttï in the next general elections.
