The Deputy Governor of Abia State, Engr. Ikechukwu Emetu, has felicitated Senator Darlington Nwokocha on the occasion of his birthday, describing him as an exemplary statesman and committed leader whose dedication to public service has continued to make a positive impact on Abia State and the nation.
