NOBODY CAN DISTRACT US WITH 2027 ELECTIONS GOD WILL SETTLE IT

Gov. Otti Tells His Opposition

As the political war in Abia State gets tougher , the state governor Dr. Alex Otti have made it clear that nobody can use the oncoming 2027 general elections to distract him as his major focus right now is to develop the state .

Speaking at the seventh day Adventists Church Imuikaa head quarter district Isialangwa South LGA, the governor
assured that he would remain focused on doing the right thing, adding that he is not bothered about 2027 as the God that settled 2023 would equally settle 2027. The governor said he some times wonder if the noise is all about 2027 election . He maintained that the God that settled the political issue of 2023 will in the same manner settle that of 2027 .

In response to a request by the Church,
the governor asked the state Commissioner for works to extend the drainage work around the church to Imuikaa junction to avoid flooding of the premises of the church .

He apologized for the heavy dust around the area saying that Umuikaa road is at its final stage of dualization and soon all inconveniences shall be over .

The State Chief Executive, assured that he would continue to serve the State in truth and honesty, thanked the Church for the support they are giving his government.

In their speeches, the Secretary of Alex Otti Vanguard Movement for Continuity 2027, Dr Fineboy Ikechi Joseph, the First Elder of the Church that coordinated the laying of the foundation of the Church, Elder G.C Ukaegbu and a former Church Head Elder and coordinator of the retirees in Isialangwa South LGA, Elder E.C Alozie thanked Governor Otti for his benevolence to the Church .
They assured that the 2027 reelection of Governor Alex Otti is sure as his achievements across the State are enough to guarantee him a second term in office.

Earlier in his sermon on the topic, “Living With Eternal Perspective”  Masterguide Chidera Mark, drew the attention of the church to the book of Isaiah chapter 40:28 to 31 and assured believers in Christ that God does not change nor faint.

He urged all to put their hope in Christ, assuring them of the eternal Kingdom.

While appreciating the leadership style of Governor Alex Otti, who has made the people to rejoice , brought hope in the State, so his re-election would sustain the hope and good works being witnessed at the present.

The Church service moderated by an Elder of the Church and General Manager, Abia State Debt Management Office, Dr Kingsley Nwaigburu, featured prayers offered for the Governor and Abia State Government, special presentations by the Pastor in-charge, Pastor Friday Izuoma. The Governor was joined to the service by his wife, Her Excellency, Mrs Priscilla Chidinma Otti .
