LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL LEADER GIVES PASS MARK TO GOV . OTTI AND THE MAYOR

The Legislative Council Leader of the 7th Legislative Council of Umuahia South local government Area Rt. Hon. Ebenezer Ngozi Emmanuel representing Omaegwu Ward have applauded the administration of the executive governor of Abía State Dr Alex Otti saying if there is any word that surpass
Excellence , that word would have been used to qualify the performances of governor Otti in the state .

Speaking to a cross section of the press at the Council Headquarters Apumiri Ubakala Rt Hon.Emmanuel stated that the governor is doing very well and majority of the people in the state are testifying of his good works in the State .The Leader said he personally call the governor Mr Infrastructure following the governor’s feat in infrastructural development , saying that the governor is working assiduously in all sectors which include Education , Health , Roads Commerce , Industries Transport name it. The governor is touching every thing , including
prompt payment of salaries among many others .

The Leader pocketed the opposition of the state government saying they are selfish people who do not bear the interest of the people at heart unlike the state governor Dr. Alex Otti who is working for the interest of all in the state . He said no body is afraid of the opposition in the state they are wasting their time .

Rt. Hon.Emmanuel was also full of praises for the Council Chairman Hon.Chinedum Enwereuzo whom he said is following the foot step of the state governor Dr. Alex Otti . According to the Council Legislative Leader , the Chairman of the Council is indeed making waves in the agricultural sector saying the Council have engaged in the cultivation of several crops and life stock farming. He said there is no doubt that before the end of his tenure people would not recognize Umuahia South LGA due to the developmental strides of Engr.Enwereuzor .

Speaking the Chairman National Union of local Government Employees NULGE Comrade Okoronkwo Anozie agreed that the Council Chairman Engr Chinedum Enwereuzo’s administration in the Council is very progressive and at peace with the workers of the Council due to the harmonious relation between the work force and the Council’s management . He expressed gratitude to senator Darlington Nwokocha for donating bags of rice to workers of the Council.
