Anyaso Receives Abia Labour Party Chairman, Azubuike, at Igbere

The Labour Party candidate for Bende Federal Constituency in the 2027 general elections, Dr. Chima Desmond Anyaso, has received the Abia State Chairman of the Labour Party, Hon. Peter Azubuike, at his country home in Igbere, Bende Local Government Area.

Azubuike’s visit on Tuesday came shortly after he attended the public presentation and signing of the Bende Prosperity Contract by Anyaso at the Uzuakoli Civic Centre.

Speaking during the visit, the Labour Party chairman commended Anyaso for his efforts in promoting the party and raising its profile in Bende Federal Constituency.
Azubuike said the Labour Party would continue to support Anyaso and provide the necessary backing to enhance his chances of victory in the 2027 election.

He also commended the Bende Prosperity Contract initiative, describing it as an avenue for the candidate to clearly communicate his vision, plans and priorities to the people of the constituency.

Responding, Anyaso expressed appreciation to the state chairman for the visit, describing it as a demonstration of the support and encouragement of the Labour Party leadership.

He equally thanked Azubuike for attending the presentation and signing of the Bende Prosperity Contract at Uzuakoli, as well as for taking time to visit him in Igbere.

Anyaso reaffirmed his commitment to working with the Labour Party leadership and stakeholders in pursuit of the interests and development of the people of Bende Federal Constituency.

Those who joined Anyaso to receive the Labour Party chairman included the Mayor of Bende Local Government Area, Hon. DCN Uwabunkonye Bassey; Abia North Coordinator of the Labour Party Campaign Council, Chief Emeka Kalu; former Executive Chairman of Bende LGA, Hon. Ukwu Rocks Emma; and Chairman of the Advisory Council of the Chima Anyaso Campaign Organization, Ezeogo Emeka Onuoha.
