DEPUTY GOVERNOR EMETU HAILS SPEAKER EMERUWA ON BIRTHDAY, PRAISES LEGISLATIVE LEADERSHIP

The Deputy Governor of Abia State, His Excellency, Engr. Ikechukwu Emetu, FNSE, has felicitated the Speaker of the Abia State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Emmanuel Ihuoma Emeruwa, on the occasion of his birthday.

In his goodwill message, Engr. Emetu described Rt. Hon. Emeruwa as a steady and stabilising force in the legislature, whose leadership has fostered unity, deepened democratic culture and provided direction for the business of the House in service to Ndi Abia.

He noted that the responsibilities of the Speakership demand wisdom, balance and courage; qualities the Speaker has continued to demonstrate in building consensus and advancing legislative governance in Abia State.

The Deputy Governor expressed confidence that Rt. Hon. Emeruwa would continue to provide purposeful leadership that strengthens democratic institutions and supports the state’s development agenda.

He prayed for abundant grace upon the Speaker, wishing him long life, sound health, renewed wisdom and greater accomplishments.
