A FOREMOST FEMALE POLITICIAN IN ABIA ADVOCATES FOR JUDICIOUS USE OF OIL SUBSIDY FUND

Following the complaints of hardship across the nation,a foremost female political stakeholder in Abia politics Hon . Dame Blessing Nwagba PhD have called on governors nation wide to endeavour to put the huge oil subsidy fund given to them by Mr. President Asiwaju Ahmed Bola TInubu Into good use to better the lot of the people saying that the president have done well by steadily providing states with oil Subsidy fund .

Speaking on 29th of December at Bende LGA , during the sharing of rice and a town hall meeting at the instance of the Deputy Speaker federal House of Representatives Rt . Hon . Benjamin Kalu ,Hon. Dame Nwagba said the mammoth crowd have gathered in Bende to promote Mr President’s renewed Hope Agenda and as a member of the Renewed Hope Partners , APC Faithfuls and others have congregated in Bende to drum support for APC saying the party is doing so well in Abia state and Nigeria .APC faithfuls have equally come to celebrate Christmas with their Leader the Deputy Speaker Rt Hon Benjamin Kalu as he empowers Entrepreneurs of small scale Businesses with one billion Naira through the Ben Kalu Foundation , and share rice and other goodies to Abians .

Hon. Dame Nwagba who is a one time Senatorial Candidate , in Abia state,maintained that the people have gathered in Bende to celebrate Christmas with their leader Hon. Ben Kalu and have a feeling of the season on behalf of Mr President Bola Ahmed TInubu and to encourage the Leader Rt. Hon Benjamin Kalu for his leadership qualities .

. She was full of praises for the leader Ben kalu for initiating the Gender Inclusive bill which stands to protect the rights of the female gender in the society.

According to her , every state should have one female senator, and Three House of Rep members . The country should have about 180 female House of Assembly members nation wide but what we have is just 45 in the entire Houses of Assembly nation wide and this she said are some of the anormallies Leader Ben Kalu is fighting to correct in the nation .

Dame Nwagba said she would soon unfold her agenda for 2027 but for now she is still watching the scenario , as such would concentrate her efforts working for the leader and the party APC.

Revisiting the Oil Subsidy funds issue that accrue to states , the ex Senatorial Candidate noted that the federal government made this fund available to states to cushion the effects of the removal of oil subsidy. She was of the opinion that most state governors are not utilizing the fund as expected that is why hunger still persist . She said though some governors are trying but what they are doing are not commensurate with the funds given. While very few other governors give good account of the funds given to them.
