Anyaso Calls for Unity in Bende Labour Party, Urges Support for Gov. Otti and E-Registration Drive

A prominent figure in the Labour Party in Abia State, Chimaobi Desmond Anyaso, has reaffirmed the unity of the party in Bende Federal Constituency, assuring stakeholders that there are no internal divisions. He urged members to remain committed to supporting the administration of Governor Alex Otti.

Addressing party stakeholders at a meeting in Bende, Anyaso praised members for their loyalty and dedication, emphasizing that unity will be crucial to the party’s success as preparations begin for the 2027 general elections. He also encouraged members to mobilize others to participate in the ongoing electronic registration exercise, describing it as key to strengthening the party’s grassroots presence.

Anyaso expressed optimism about the party’s future in the constituency, noting that a credible and capable candidate would emerge in due course. He stressed that leadership should be guided by humility, integrity, and a genuine concern for the welfare of the people.

He further highlighted the importance of selfless service, stating that effective leadership requires a deep understanding of the people’s needs and a commitment to the common good over personal interests. According to him, Bende deserves representation rooted in character, accountability, and a proven track record.
