Abia Police Assure Residents of Security During Eid-ul-Mawlid Celebrations

The Abia State Police Command has assured residents of robust security arrangements ahead of the Eid-ul-Mawlid celebration, pledging to ensure the safety of lives and property throughout the festivities.

In a statement released on Thursday by the Command’s Public Relations Officer, DSP Maureen Chinaka, the police extended warm greetings to Muslim faithful and announced that comprehensive security measures have been activated across the state.

According to the statement, police personnel have been strategically deployed to key locations, while active surveillance of public gatherings and events will be maintained to ensure peace and order.
