As the world commemorated World Teachers’ Day, the founder of the Ahuoma Anyasọ Educational Foundation, Dr. Chimaobi Desmond Anyasọ
widely known as Ofuji has paid a heartfelt tribute to one of the foundation’s pioneer educators, Mrs. Patience Mba, applauding her decades of unwavering dedication to teaching and youth development.

In a moving statement released on Saturday, Dr. Anyasọ described Mrs. Mba as a “beacon of inspiration” and a symbol of excellence, whose passion for education has shaped countless lives and contributed immensely to the growth of the institution since its founding.

He commended Mrs. Mba’s nurturing spirit, collaborative approach, and tireless service to students and the school community, noting that her legacy continues to shape the foundation’s core values.

Describing her contributions as a “cornerstone of the foundation’s success,” Dr. Anyasọ emphasized that her legacy will remain a guiding light in the institution’s ongoing mission to deliver transformative, high-quality education.

World Teachers’ Day, celebrated annually on October 5, honours the vital contributions of teachers worldwide and highlights their role in building educated, resilient societies.
